Niamh provides a therapeutic massage service through reflexology & holistic massage to promote a sense of relxation and wellbeing. Niamh is also a wellness advocate for doTERRA essential oils and certified to provide the AromaTouch technique – a proprietary method for applying essential oils to produce a profound whole-body wellness experience. Based in the village of Caragh, just outside Naas in County Kildare

Cathy provides exercise solutions for busy people on the go!
Cathy has a proven history in the fitness industry. She has worked with many TV and movie personalities, including; Daniel Day Lewis and his wife Rebecca Miller, Ursula Halligan, Vincent Browne , Members of the Ryanair Family.
Her qualifications were obtained through Limerick university . Having studied the N.C.E.F. Level 2.
She is also trained in life coaching and stress management. More recently she obtained a Food Academy certificate.
She is very passionate about wellness and achieves great results even for the more difficult client as her motivational skills are second to none. They work with clients on a one on one basis to develop a diet and fitness plan to suit your lifestyle.

Trained at Cordon Bleu level and as a graduate of Darina Allen’s internationally acclaimed Ballymaloe Cookery School, Niamh has honed and perfected her culinary expertise. Since first opening its doors for business in 2007, Niamh has grown the Ivy’s loyal following.
