About Michael Killeen
Michael spent a decade in the US with GE and set up their world-wide CX programme. He has worked with Harley Davidson, FAO Schwartz, American Airlines and Corvette.
He returned to Ireland to launch Dialogue in 1994 an international marketing agency.
Michael is Chairman of the New York Caples Awards programme, the CX Company and the CX Academy.
He has a wealth of CX experience working with large international clients and scaling Irish companies.
Michael speaks passionately about CX at events around the world and is a past Director of the Sunday Business Post, the MII and the Global Inter Direct Network.
