Louisa Meehan, National President of Network Ireland, will host our expert panel of Dominika Stoppa, Sarah Leather and Barbara Nugent and discuss how to find the power within ourselves to:
* Lead during change
* Lead in an open positive way that grows our mindset
* Lead with energy and compassion in our workplace in our homes and for ourselves
The panel will offer practical tips on Resilience, Imposter Syndrome and Growth Mindset, which will help us to remain connected in our communities and with each other.

Dominika Stoppa is a Coach, Educator and Artist.
She helps individuals and groups to enhance wellbeing and thrive by using coaching and creative methods.
Dominika is the founder of Creative Mandala™ Method, author of three Self-Coaching Workbooks, bilingual podcaster and owner of Studio Eleven – Creativity and Wellbeing Centre in Castlecomer, Co. Kilkenny.
She is a professionally qualified Visual Artist (Gdynia, Poland 2008) and Professionally Accredited Personal, Leadership and Executive Coaching (Dublin, Ireland 2018). In her work, she often combines art and personal development.
Dominika speaks on topics such as Personal Mastery, Growth/ Creative Mindset and Creativity.
In 2019, she received Businesswoman of the Year Award (Kilkenny/ National Finalist – Emerging New Business).
Voluntarily, she is regularly delivering Creative Mandala™ Workshops in Amber Women’s Refuge in Kilkenny, facilitating free monthly networking meet-ups for local businesses, manages social media accounts for the community of artists and craft makers in the Castlecomer Craft Yard, Co. Kilkenny.
She lives in Co. Kilkenny with her partner and two young children.
Sarah Leather is a Business Mentor & Leadership Coach for women.
She ran a successful health practice for 25 years both in her native Australia and in her adopted home of West Cork. After studying coaching in 2008, she went on to study marketing, selling, mindset, and leadership while transitioning to her current business.
Sarah helps women to overcome overwhelm, over-giving and underearning by giving them a ‘loving shove’ out of their own way so that they can have the confidence to do the work they want to do by stopping doing everything & focusing on the one thing they’re amazing at.
Sarah leads the Mentoring Panel for Network Ireland & runs her successful online signature programme The Mastermind School, where she helps women to add in an abundant income stream with their ‘one signature thing’.
She speaks on topics such as ‘Overcoming Imposter Syndrome’, ‘Overcome Your Visibility Fears to Be Seen & Sell’ and ‘Stop Doing Everything & Find Your One Signature Thing’.
Sarah lives in West Cork with her husband Jim, 4 young adult children, 3 cats and Indi, their beloved black lab who will be breeding for the Irish Guide Dogs.
Barbara Nugent is an Executive and Business Performance Coach.With over 20 years post-qualification experience, Barbara’s Accountancy and Finance career has led her to Executive Management positions both internationally and in Ireland.
Most recently, as Vice-President of Finance for EMEA and India, she led the operational finance functions for a US multinational, from initial start- up through growth and managing expansion of the Organisation over 12 years. During that time she led a significant number of teams, global projects and change implementations.
Armed with her experience and her recent MSc in Business Practice, Post-Graduate Diplomas in Leadership, Executive Coaching and Organisational Behaviour, Barbara left the Corporate world and set up Transilient Coaching to fulfil her passion of helping individuals, teams and businesses tap in to their latent potential.
Understanding the pressures of working in busy organisations, across departmental, cultural and management matrices, Barbara shares her knowledge and experience through coaching, mentoring, customized programmes and workshops. Her focus is on real and tangible results that deliver value in the workplace through empowerment of employees, with the use of tools and process strategies with proven outcomes.
Her particular specialism is developing the power of Emotional Intelligence with her clients, which accelerates and enhances their leadership skills, their ability to influence and their performance results.
She has also lectured in Leadership and Management at Griffith College Cork as a module in their MSc Pharmaceutical Business Management and at the Irish Management Institute Leadership Diploma, on the topic of Emotional Intelligence and Resilience.
Barbara has been published in Business and Finance, Accountancy Ireland, Irish Tatler, The Irish Examiner, Cork Independent Newspaper and has a weekly column in The Evening Echo. She has spoken at the Cork Chamber Annual Forum, Chartered Accountants Breakfast Morning, Network Cork Workshops and the annual Continuous Professional Development seminar for the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants, Local Enterprise Office International Women’s day event, and Network Cork workshop in resilience building.
Barbara was recently nominated for the European Mentoring and Coaching Council’s coaching awards 2017 and 2016, along with a nomination for Cork Business of the Year (Education and Training) 2018 and most recently a finalist for Network Ireland’s Cork Business Woman of the year 2018, and winner of the Irish Enterprise Awards 2020, Best Leadership Coaching.

Louisa is the owner of Woodview HRM, a HR consultancy firm specialising in providing expert Human Resource and Workplace Mediation Solutions to Small and Medium-sized Enterprises. Woodview HRM cover all HR needs during the employee lifecycle including policies / handbooks, performance management, managerial development and disciplinary issues. In addition, she lectures in the field of HR and Organisational Behaviour in UCD / Smurfit on a part-time basis. As a strong supporter of women in business Louisa was a founding member of the Network Ireland Wicklow Branch and is the National President for 2020.
