Cookery Classes / Demos

What has been your greatest achievement to date?

Shaping an idea in my head into what you now know as Cookalicious!

What are your hopes for your business in 2020?

To spread the Cookalicious mission – to encourage & inspire people to cook & eat real food. To create a Cookalicius Community – a band of people who love to eat real food too & want to learn how to do it! To share my passion for this with others!

What person or book has inspired you?

Aoibhinn McNamara always jumps to mind here – a woman who has created a hub of pure gorgeousness in her Spanish Arch Ard Bia restaurant – simple, beautiful, fuss-free food using local ingredients served in a space that always makes me feel at home! Simple & perfect!

What did you want to be when you grew up as a child?

A journalist!!

Business Description – what do you do?

I run cookery classes & demos from the Cookalicious kitchen in my home in Oranmore, Galway. I also run SupperClubs & CookClubs for private groups. Cookalicious is so much more than just a cookery class; its about the people, the connection, the togetherness, the craic – its not just a cookery class, it’s a cookery experience, where eating & laughing & learning are always on the menu!
