Caroline is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ireland (CAI) and current president of Network Ireland Waterford.  She is a Chartered Accountant with 15 years of experience in practice and holds a Diploma in Insolvency.

After 3 years working in Dublin in Hedge Fund Administration and Financial Services recruitment, Sarah returned to her beloved home, Co. Waterford and joined Matrix Recruitment Group in October 2016 as a Recruitment Consultant. For over 2 years, she was responsible for the recruitment of permanent, temporary and contract positions within the Office Support & IT, Sales & Marketing and HR sectors.

Since January 2019, Sarah is now working as the IT & Operations Specialist here in Matrix Recruitment Group. This role encompasses management of all areas of IT, from our CRM to our IT providers, as well as GDPR Compliance, Health & Safety, Management Reporting, LEAN, Data Management and Data Cleansing, and management of the Office 365 system.

Sarah holds a 1.1 Bachelor of Business and 1.1 Masters of Business, both specialising in Economics and Finance.

Baya is a storyteller, a performance artist and a motivational speaker.
Her courses and events offer a unique brand of storytelling which blends research with current day applications and performances.
She speaks at training events and conferences.
Baya has also contributed to the revival of the old Celtic Festivals all over the South East of Ireland, bringing venues to life with her voice and her ceremonies. From The Hook Lighthouse to the walls of Wexford Town, adults and children are entertained and sometimes startled by her tales.
She lives on her small holding near Waterford with her dog Milou, two cats, three hens and, may be one day a few goats.
