My name is Shauna Prenga and I am a Manager of a 1st level Academic Registry service called the Student Registry Helpdesk in the University of Galway.
For the past 25 years I have worked in Higher Education and prior to my current role I worked as a Helpdesk Technician in University IT support service specifically in Desktop support services.
