The 2025 Network Ireland Limerick branch theme is ‘You are not Alone.’
This year were will be focusing on community and connection amongst our members both on a business and personal level. We will be hosting some interactive events
like a Network event, public speaking workshop and smaller social gatherings like netwalking and a bookclub and utilising our own amazing members as speakers. We want to empower our members and give them confidence which will in turn lead
us to be better businesswomen.

Network Limerick’s membership includes both entrepreneurs and employees, SME owners and professionals, leaders in indigenous and multinational organisations,
non-profits, the arts and public sector.
At the Limerick Branch we look forward to organising coffee mornings, monthly events, wellness morning, workshops, business woman awards, a Christmas party and more for our members. We
welcome any new members also to Network Ireland Limerick Branch. Most of our events will be free as part of your membership. Members can also avail of the national mentoring programme and attend events in any branch within the country.

Eve Stafford is delighted and honored to represent the arts as the first professional soprano and full-time singer to serve as branch president for Limerick. Now in her third year with Network Ireland,
she has previously held roles as awards coordinator and a member of the social media team, where her background as a graphic designer proved valuable. Eve's theme for this year, 'You Are Not
Alone', reflects her commitment to fostering connections among members and enhancing their confidence through more interactive events.
Barbara MacCarthy is a dedicated PMO Manager at Johnson & Johnson Vision, where she excels in leading project management initiatives and enhancing operational efficiency. With a passion for fostering
collaboration and support, she also serves as Vice President of Network Ireland. In this role, Barbara is committed to upholding the organization's theme of "you are not alone" by facilitating
connections among members. She takes pride in creating a supportive network that empowers individuals and promotes professional growth.
Fiona Doyle is primary school teacher and an internationally accredited Personal Stylist with over 18 years of experience in fashion, styling, and image consultancy. She has trained with leading
style academies in London, Milan, Ireland, France, and America, working with luxury brands, corporate leaders, and well-known personalities. A dedicated member of Network Ireland for 10 years,
she served as President of the Limerick branch in 2024, supporting and empowering women in business. Fiona specialises in corporate keynote talks, personal styling, colour analysis, and personal
shopping, with a strong focus on the psychology of colour and self-image to help clients build confidence through style
Denise O'Brien, Managing Director of O'Brien Learning Solutions, brings her entrepreneurial experience to her role as Secretary on the 2025 Network Ireland Limerick committee. A champion of change
management and leadership development, Denise specialises in coaching, cultural change initiatives, and team building. Her journey from being the first in her family to start a business to winning
the Solo Businesswoman category of Network Ireland Limerick branch in 2024 is something she is very proud of. Denise is committed to continuous learning and is currently undertaking a MSc in
Work & Organisational Behaviour in the University of Limerick. She looks forward to supporting Network Ireland Limerick in 2025, leveraging her expertise to empower and connect businesswomen
across the region.
Michelle Daly Hayes is an author and PR consultant. A former journalist her role on the Network Limerick Committee is as PR Officer. Michelle has been a member on and off of Network Limerick for
around 9 years. This is her year on the committee. "

Karen Ronan, General Manager of the Shannon Region Conference and Sports Bureau has an extensive background in business and sports tourism with over 30 years’ experience in the Tourism industry in
Ireland and internationally. Karen is Vice President of Network Ireland and Branch Liaison Lead for 2025 Karen was President of Network Ireland Limerick in 2023 and in 2024 Karen held the position
on the national executive of Network Ireland as Branch Liaison. Karen has a keen interest in sustainable business practice and supporting events that drive legacy and impact as well as embedding
EDI practice in all aspects of her roles.
Proud member of Network Ireland Limerick for over 25 years. President in 2001. Held various roles through the years. Presently Membership Officer. The support and friendships I have been lucky to
experience not only contributed to the development of our company Designwise Automation Ltd but to me personally working in a male dominated industry. Network is invaluable to every woman no
matter their area of expertise. The fresh dynamic each president brings keeps Network vibrant, relevant and always inspirational. It's the very reason that has made me excited to be a part of
this wonderful organisation.
I joined Network Ireland Limerick branch since 2021. I love the interaction with like minded business women, and being able to talk about our business and empower and inspire other women to go after
their goals and desires. I am so looking forward to joining the committee this year with an emphasis on networking, and supporting one another as it can be challenging working by yourself.
As a Registered Nutritional Therapist and accredited Menopause Educator I am passionate about advocating for women’s health and vitality, with a focus on menopause education and empowerment. Through
evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle strategies, I help women rediscover their energy, confidence, and sense of self. As an active member of Network Ireland Limerick, I deeply value the power
of building meaningful connections and fostering a supportive community. I believe that collaboration and shared wisdom within the network empower women to thrive both personally and professionally.
I have been a member of Network Limerick since 2022 and this year I am delighted to join the Network Limerick committee to support with Events. I am looking forward to an exciting year ahead. Dr.
Áine O'Dea PhD was the first Occupational Therapist in Ireland to win a scholarship on the prestigious SPHeRE Programme where she was awarded her doctorate in Population Health and Health Research.
Her company, Radiance Consulting, applies evidence-based, neuroscientific solutions to help: individuals and teams to enhance leadership and performance, HR & People teams to augment their employee
wellness programmes, workplaces to reap the benefits of cognitive diversity and embed neuroinclusive practices and Allied Health practitioners to receive elite clinical supervision or become
sensational supervisors themselves.
Supporting the President in managing our online presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. Working on graphics, writing captions and scheduling posts to promote upcoming events. During events,
providing live coverage to capture key moments, and afterwards, sharing event highlights and photos to showcase our vibrant community. My role ensures strong online visibility, helping to connect
and engage our members while growing the network’s reach.
I joined Network Limerick last year, and it has been an amazing experience. Since joining, the confidence I’ve built, the valuable lessons I’ve learned, and the support from inspiring role models
have been key to my personal and professional growth. Network Ireland has encouraged me to step outside my comfort zone and embrace new opportunities. I am delighted to have won Network Limerick
Rising Star Businesswoman of the Year for 2024. I wanted to give back by volunteering to join the Network Limerick committee for 2025. As a Social Media Officer, my goal is to share meaningful
content and foster connections that inspire and empower women in our community.

I joined Network Ireland Limerick in November 2023 after attending two of their events earlier in the year. The sense of community and support I experienced immediately resonated with me, and I knew
this was the right network to be part of. Wanting to make the most of my membership and contribute to the group, I joined the committee and took on the role of overseeing the newsletter. Over
the past year, I’ve enjoyed connecting with members, sharing valuable updates, and helping to strengthen our network through clear and engaging communication. As I step into my second year, I
look forward to continuing to grow alongside this inspiring community, enhancing our newsletter, NI website pages, and member communications to ensure everyone stays informed, connected, and
supported.
Financial Planner based in Limerick. I work with individuals and business to protect the present and prepare for the future. I have been a member of Network Ireland Limerick since 2022. I was fortunate
to win the 2024 Shining Star Award in the Limerick branch and receive the National Judges Recogntion award in the 2024 National awards. I joined the committee in 2025 with the aim of promoting
the network as an encouraging, positive place for female professionals and with the aim of connecting with more like minded individuals.
