Network Ireland Limerick Branch is a non-profit, voluntary organisation which supports the professional and personal development of women. It provides a forum in which women can develop professional and personal contacts to ensure that their contribution and influence is recognised as a vital force in business and in society.
Network Limerick’s membership includes both entrepreneurs and employees, SME owners and professionals, leaders in indigenous and multinational organisations, non-profits, the arts and public sector.
Some of the key areas Network Ireland Limerick branch will be focusing on in 2024 include Mental Health & Resilence, Mindset, Leadership and Performance, Women’s Health & Nutrition, Self Image, Social Media, Marketing & Branding, Sustainability, Diversity and Inclusion & Creative Events.
At the Limerick Branch we look forward to organising coffee mornings, monthly events, wellness morning, workshops, business woman awards, a Christmas party and more for our members.
We welcome any new members also to Network Ireland Limerick Branch.
Most of our events will be free as part of your membership.
Members can also avail of the national mentoring programme and attend events in any branch within the country.
AIB is the official partner for Network Ireland and Network Ireland Limerick is also supported by LEO Limerick Enterprise Office.
Network Ireland is a signatory of Diversity Charter Ireland.
I am an International Personal Stylist and Primary School teacher. I am President of Network Ireland Limerick branch for 2024. I look forward to building on the legacy that has gone before me.
Eve Stafford is thrilled to be appointed vice president. She has thoroughly enjoyed her time on the committee to date, having previously been involved in the social media aspect of Network Limerick.
As a previous branch winner, Eve is looking forward to promoting the awards with members and sharing the positive effect Network has had on her confidence both personally and professionally.
Eve is looking forward to supporting Fiona, the 2024 president in her role and learning the about the inner workings of Network in the coming year.
Karen Ronan, General Manager of the Shannon Region Conference and Sports Bureau.
In 2023 Karen was voted in President of Network Limerick having served as VP and Awards Coordinator.
In 2024 Karen joined the national executive of Network Ireland as Branch Support and EDI.
Karen has a keen interest in sustainable tourism and events that drive legacy and impact as well as embedding EDI practice in all aspects of her roles.
I joined Network Ireland Limerick in 2015 and before long I was part of the wonderful committee.
My main reason for joining this Network was because of the amazing feedback I heard from other women about how supportive this network was and I haven't looked back since.
Over the years I have had many different & interesting roles. I proudly became branch president in January 2020. I am delighted to be Membership Officer for 2024.
Emma Wilson is a membership officer on the Network Ireland Limerick committee.
Her role involves ensuring new members have a positive onboarding experience and monitoring the membership renewal list to help reduce membership attrition.
As past president of Network Ireland Limerick in 2021, I’m delighted to continue my support to the Network as this years Meeting Officer and Events Coordination Committee Member for Limerick.
Empowering and connecting women through engaging content and meaningful conversations as the Social Media Officer for our Network Ireland Limerick Branch.
Last November, I became a member of Network Ireland Limerick following my participation in two of their events earlier in the year.
The sense of community at those events resonated with me, aligning perfectly with what I sought in a networking group.
In an effort to maximise my membership benefits and contribute, I volunteered my services to the committee and was pleased to be entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing the newsletter.
I am eager to establish meaningful communication with our members through the newsletter and our branch's NI website pages, with the aim of fostering continued growth in our network and enhancing our member
experience.
I have been a member of Network Ireland Limerick for 6 years, I have been part of the committee and have held a number of roles including membership, events and my current role is Website Officer.
I have been fortunate to have previously won both regional and national awards and would highly recommend both being part of Network Ireland and to apply for the awards. They are a both a fabulous experience..
