I am Membership Officer. As membership officer, my role is to attract and retain members.

This involves the following:

• Managing the membership stand at all meetings and logging enquiries
• Foster and support new members
• Encourage members to invite guests to each meeting

I joined Network Ireland Limerick in 2015 and before long I was part of the wonderful committee.

My main reason for joining this Network was because of the amazing feedback I heard from other women about how supportive this network was and I haven't looked back since.

Over the years I have had many different & interesting roles. I proudly became branch president in January 2020. I am delighted to be Membership Officer for 2024.

Her role involves ensuring new members have a positive onboarding experience and monitoring the membership renewal list to help reduce membership attrition.

Last November, I became a member of Network Ireland Limerick following my participation in two of their events earlier in the year.

The sense of community at those events resonated with me, aligning perfectly with what I sought in a networking group.

In an effort to maximise my membership benefits and contribute, I volunteered my services to the committee and was pleased to be entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing the newsletter.

I am eager to establish meaningful communication with our members through the newsletter and our branch's NI website pages, with the aim of fostering continued growth in our network and enhancing our member experience.
