Network Ireland Wicklow is a business organisation founded in 2016 by Rebecca Harrison, former President of Network Ireland and owner of Fishers of Newtownmountkennedy. The branch has become a thriving hub for businesswomen from a variety of industries
and has been growing steadily since its inception. Each month, the branch hosts a coffee morning and a series of evening events, which provide opportunities for members to connect and build meaningful business relationships. This year's theme,
"Re-connect," highlights the importance of in-person meetings in fostering business connections, and all of the branch's events in 2023 will be held in person. The members of Network Ireland are a diverse group of women, including entrepreneurs,
SME owners, professionals, leaders in indigenous and multinational organizations, non-profits, charities, arts, and the public sector. All events can be found on Eventbrite under Network Ireland Wicklow and on dedicated social media channels.

I joined Network Ireland in 2018 . As an active member I have attended as many events as possible. In 2022 I won the Creative Professional award for the Wicklow Branch and attended the National Conference.
In 2023 I joined the Wicklow Branch Committee.
As Director of MX3 Marketing Experience Delivered (www.mx-3.ie), I have the privilege of working with business owners to help them spread their brand message across digital and traditional media by building
and implementing smarter marketing strategies. Networking has played a huge role in the development of my business and me as a person over the past number of years. The community spirit, support and tenacity
of the members in Wicklow and across Network Ireland as a whole is what attracted me to join in 2017, and it was the best decision I could have made at the time. I knew I was in the right place from the
first day I visited the Wicklow branch for an evening event under the stewardship of Louisa Meehan at the time. Since then, I have been delighted to support our Wicklow branch on the committee and I was
honoured to be the Wicklow branch President for 2022. I look forward to supporting Joanne Costello in 2023 as EX Officio.

My name is Rachael Davis and I run a healthcare practice called Remedy, helping to sustain physical health and reduce the impact of pain and pathology through Pilates and Rehabilitation. Demand for healing,
with an opening to guide the gap between physical, mental and emotional health, a new brand called Repower was created. Supporting sincere interest in sustaining wholesome mind and body health using
3 simple steps - Rethink mind and body, Restore movement and function, Recharge vitality, all leading to true fulfillment. With an honors degree in Rehabilitation Therapy and as a Clinical Exercise
Therapist the next step to support the mindset needed for wholesome health was to train as a Mind-Body Performance Coach. Combining these skills, the intention is to unlock what really matters, moving
mind and body forward in life, work, sport, career and relationships. The experience working alongside senior citizens, casual fitness enthusiasts, professional athletes in the UK and Ireland, as well
as in hospitals and multi-approach health studios in Australia has given insight into the diverse needs and demands of life's ages and stages. Working with Katie Taylor on her journey to Olympic
Gold was a highlight in understanding the commitment that a champion performance needs. Getting to know Katie on a personal and professional level it is evident how important healthy habits, resilience
and robustness are in achieving valuable goals. Being human and not wanting to train some days, discipline is the secret that leads to continued success. Big wins are important. Equally important are
the little wins every day. Working with the Move 4 Parkinson's association and senior citizen community, it is evident that the goals of being independent and able to put your socks on, is completely
priceless. Listening to stories of how people of all ages overcome both mind and body obstacles is heart warming and has become my why. Proud to be a committee member of Network Ireland encouraging business
women to reach goals in healthy and wholesome ways. Having won business awards for innovative thinking in health and wellbeing in 2018, 2019 and 2020 keeps motivation and drive high. Being in love with
work and the desire to help people thrive, it is ultra important to step away to recharge. A Mum to active boys and our dog Buster, time put into movement and mindset, personal development, present in
the Wicklow hills hiking and mountain biking, playing for the local basketball team, and finally becoming an early bird instead of a night owl are some of my bespoke tools for health, happiness, purpose
and meaning. To connect with me email rachael@remedypilates.ie To browse what we do Instagram Remedy Facebook Remedy Remedy Pilates Website
