I was inspired to Join network Ireland and it was a great decision as I met super positive people and like-minded women like myself. I am passionate about empowering women to overcome barriers and obstacles and reaching their full potential in every walks of life. I am truly honored to support and empower our members being newly appointed president of Network Ireland Carlow.

I have over 12 years' experience in sales, merchandising and leadership roles across the retail industry. I am the founder of Happy beads Creative Programs. I am an expert in Jewellery design and have made jewellery over a number of years.I started my own creative business, and i now teach various age groups the technique to make their own jewellery ,it’s a process for each individual to express themselves through creativity and represent themselves through the colours of their unique self!

I joined Network Ireland in February 2023. I will be in business 10 years in August 2024 but it is the first time I have ever joined a Business Network. I joined the committee as Events Officer shortly after joining Network Ireland. Being in Network Ireland has been so beneficial for myself Per’s and my business. Every event, every interaction, every Network member I have met has been an uplifting and positive experience. I was delighted to be invited to take on the position of Vice President for 2024. I feel it is important to contribute to the Network in any way I can to maintain a strong and growing business network of powerful women..

Social Media Officery

I’m the social media officer for Carlow. I joined the branch in December 2023. I had previously spoken at an event (Video Content Creation Lab) and was inspired by the sense of community to join.

My goal for our branch is to use our social media channels to grow our membership. I will also be promoting our members' businesses to give them more exposure.

I am a solopreneur and my work in primarily in content creation. My background is in the entertainment industry as a singer, presenter and actor and because of this, a lot of my clients have been in the arts.

I have a lot of experience managing social media accounts but my passion lies in social content creation, especially short form video. I enjoy helping others create video content to get themselves and their businesses out there.

In the past few years I have also enjoyed working as a micro influencer (my niches are vegan food/products and fashion) and UGC creator. User Generated Content is content created for a brand, that the brand then uses to promote their products.

I have a podcast, The Irish Entrepreneurial Experience which is available on major podcast outlets.

Supplying over 25 dance schools nationwide and specialising in Professional Pointe Shoe Fittings, Studio Dancewear has Everything a Dancer’s Heart Desires!

Flowering with Clare

Award-Winning Author - Speaker - Wellness Consultant - Personal & Business Life Coach - Workshops Facilitator - Primary School Principal

Clare is an award-winning writer and proud mum of 3 daughters after a 4-year infertility journey. She is passionate about helping others to overcome infertility.

Her recently published book Flowering - An Award-Winning Story about Egg Donation is gaining traction nationwide and worldwide. She was recently featured on the Irish Independent and has been invited to do radio interviews and podcasts to share her success story. Clare hopes to help countless others by being open about her journey. She would like to empower and instil hope in those still on the difficult path of infertility.

Her first book Away with the Fairies - A Fairy’s Guide to True Love was published by Seaburn Press in 2013. Since then, Clare has been passionate about helping others and delivers regular workshops to help participants to reach their potential.

Clare currently works as a Primary School Principal. She is also a qualified Life Coach and a Holistic Therapist. She was recently approached and on-boarded by Kara Connect as a Wellness Consultant.

In recent months, Clare has been invited to be a speaker at events both at home and abroad. She now wants to share her knowledge and experience with others by presenting talks and workshops at corporate level. She has been asked to be a speaker at multiple international forums on Women’s Health in the coming year.

Clare will be taking a career break from her Teaching Principal role from September 2024 to focus on her writing and holistic healing. She looks forward to meeting others in Network Ireland to support each other, cheer each other on, collaborate and she hopes to contribute in the future with wellness workshops or talks.

I have been a member of Network Ireland since 2017, and have recently joined the Carlow Branch. I have been on the mentoring panel, delivered workshops and have been a branch finalist in the emerging business category in 2021.
