Network Ireland Kerry Branch is a non-profit, voluntary organisation which was launched in June 2023 and has over 70+ Branch Members as of January 2025.
The Kerry Branch is one of 17 Branch which is part of Network Ireland, which has over 1,400 members nationally. Network Ireland Kerry supports the professional and personal development of women. It provides a forum in which women can develop professional
and personal contacts to support them in business and in society. Network Ireland Kerry welcomes members from the public and private sectors, entrepreneurs and employees, SME owners and professionals, leaders in indigenous and multinational
organisations, non-profits and the arts.
Whether you are the owner of an Established SME, just starting out in your new business as an Entrepreneur, or growing your career as an Employee, Network Ireland Kerry will help you to develop both personally and professionally.
Every month, we host in-person events which will be a mix of panel guests and keynote speakers on themes bespoke to members' needs, as well as social opportunities to help you get to know and support other members while expanding your connections.
Topics and event speakers are selected to appeal to our diverse membership.
All members can also avail of the national mentoring programme and attend events in any branch within the country.
AIB is the official partner for Network Ireland and Network Ireland Kerry is also supported by the Kerry Local Enterprise Office.

Emily joined Network Ireland in 2016 previously with the Dublin & Cork Branches, prior to returning to her native Kerry and being a part of the founding committee of Network Ireland Kerry in 2022. As President,
she is excited to take on this role for 2025 with her theme "Empower Success". Emily is also a Mentor on Network Ireland's Mentoring Panel for 2025, specialising in Business Development. In her day to
day role, Emily Project Manages a €14.6 million euro Research Fund called TU RISE for Munster Technological University. Tasked with supporting the University's strategic ambitions in Research and Innovation.
MTU's TU RISE Research to Impact is co-funded by the Government of Ireland and the European Union through the ERDF Southern, Eastern & Midland Regional Programme 2021-27. Emily also supports start-ups
and SMEs across all sectors to grow and scale their businesses having recently managed a National Entrepreneur Development Programme funded by Enterprise Ireland and holds a Masters of Business in Internationalisation
with over 20+ years of experience.

Aisling Foley is a dynamic professional with a passion for promoting The Rose Hotel and the vibrant town of Tralee. In her role as Sales & Marketing Manager of The Rose Hotel, Aisling is actively engaged
in developing connections with national and international associations, corporate clients, and partners. Her primary focus is securing conferences, seminars, and events for the hotel, which boasts a
remarkable four-star offering, featuring 161 bedrooms, four meeting rooms, and conference facilities. A committed member of the Kerry Convention Bureau, Aisling has also taken on the role of Events Officer
in the inaugural Network Ireland Kerry committee and is the 2025 Kerry Branch Vice President. At the inaugral Network Ireland Kerry Women in Business Events she was awarded One to Watch in the Shining
Star category. 2024 Aisling joined SITE Ireland, these affiliations underline her commitment to professional development and contribution to the local business community. Aisling is a devoted mother
of two boys, Noah and Ben. Balancing the demands of work and family, she actively prioritises her fitness and health. Early morning gym classes, participation in the John Mitchel's GAA Club Mothers and

Linda O’Mahony Logan serves as Ex Officio for Network Ireland Kerry. She was the inaugural President of Network Ireland Kerry, the newest branch of Network Ireland, during its founding years in 2023 and
2024. In 2025 she serves on the National Executive Committee as part of the Sponsorship Team. Linda is a dynamic and passionate Executive Leadership Coach dedicated to empowering individuals, teams,

between. The other part of her business is where she provides training and mentoring services to Business Support Agencies (New Frontiers, LEO, NEWKD, SKDP). She designs and delivers bespoke training
course for accounting and tax compliance for small business. The courses are tailored to the audience of the Business Support Agency. The courses are designed to be easy to understand non-technical language
on the practical application of accounting and tax law.
Róisín completed a Degree in Business Studies and Marketing in IT Tralee in 2006. She started her career in Customer Service in Fexco in 2008 and worked in several departments within that role. In 2014 She
began working in the Financial Sector in Cara Credit Union. While working in the Credit Union she completed the QFA Exam's through UCD as well as a People Management course with DCM Learning and a Customer
Service course through Sligo IT. In 2022 she began working in MTU (Muster Technological University) Kerry Campus. Since joining the MTU she has worked on the Enterprise Ireland's New Frontiers Programme,
in the Lifelong Learning Department and most recently the Research Department. Ultimately whatever role she does she enjoy's being able to help people and provide support where needed. Róisín joined
Network Ireland Kerry in 2023 and she took up the role of secretary on the committee. In 2025 in addition to being the Secretary she is the Vice President Designite. She is excited for the year to come
and learning as much as she can from the current President and Vice President.
Eimear Mc Donnell is a joint founder and managing partner at Match Marketing. With her extensive experience in Marketing, P.R., & Communications and training Eimear is passionate about working with clients
on defining their market offering and creating campaigns, that have presence and impact. Throughout her career, Eimear has been a trainer and mentor in entrepreneurship, business, and marketing. As a
founding member of Network Ireland Kerry, Eimear understands fully the benefit of helping each other through building our network and growing together as members.
Helen O Sullivan Murphy, is third generation and Owner Manager of O Sullivans Bakery, a family business and Kerrys last remaining bakery. Having completed a BSc in Food Business in UCC, Helen joined her
father full time in 1999, and succeeded him in 2009. Helen is committed to upskilling having completed a Diploma in Youth & Community Work, and is currently completing a Diploma in Sustainabilty Management.
Helen is an avid volunteer, and can be found on the sideline of a football, soccer or basketball court. She is a mother to three daughters. Network Ireland Kerry was a perfect fit for Helen, as she advocates
for Women in Business and has been Membership Officer since she joined NIK in March 2023. Helen was Branch Award Winner in the Established Business Womens category in 2024.
Megan joined Network Ireland Kerry in June 2023 and is passionate about connecting people and creating opportunities for business growth. With a strong background in sales, business development, and strategic
partnerships, she has built a career driving revenue, growing memberships, and securing high-value sponsorships. Currently the Business Development Manager at RDI Hub, Megan specializes in member acquisition
and retention, leveraging her expertise to support businesses in scaling and innovating. Megan is a graduate of UCD and the Fáilte Ireland Sales Academy, further strengthening her ability to drive commercial
success. As the Corporate Membership Officer, Megan is dedicated to growing the Network Ireland Kerry community, helping members maximize their opportunities, and fostering valuable professional connections.
Kerry McCarthy Brady is the CEO and Co-founder of Hercules Building Systems, a pioneering firm that introduces the world’s first and only rapid-build, rapid-finish construction method. Recognised as the
2024 Kerry Branch & National Network Ireland Emerging Businesswoman of the Year, she has quickly established herself as a distinguished leader in her field. Since joining Network Ireland Kerry in October
2023, she has embraced the opportunity to connect with like-minded women, and in her new role as Membership Engagement Officer, she is committed to enhancing engagement and fostering a supportive community.

Anita Michalak is the Founder of The Digital Talk and is also on the committee of Network Ireland Kerry. Anita is a digital marketing freelancer who has a passion for driving business growth through dedication
to her clients in an always evolving landscape. After graduating with a MSc. in Digital Marketing and a Degree in Business Management, both of which have shaped her passion and understanding for clear
and customer focused strategy within the area of branding and digital marketing, she has worked with amazing brands throughout Ireland. Gaining experience in many diverse areas, from branding and marketing
to advertising, optimising and developing websites. The diverse nature of each of her work experiences has afforded her the opportunity to meet people from all sectors. Each experience has brought Anita
a fundamental learning practice that has led her on the path to where she is today.
Tara joined NIK but instantly felt a connection and signed up a month later to join the committee as newsletter officer. She returned home to Kerry in 2024 after 17 years. Delighted to be raising her three
kids with her husband in the Kingdom. Tara is a business consultant, speaker, and digital strategist dedicated to helping small business owners harness AI, automation, and digital tools without losing
the human connection that drives success. With extensive experience in business consulting, recruitment, and digital strategy, she has supported hundreds of entrepreneurs in streamlining operations,
enhancing visibility, and taking control of their digital growth. As a dynamic speaker, she delivers high-impact, practical insights that empower business owners to embrace technology with confidence.

Denise has been a member of NIK since its inception and in 2025, she took on the role of Website Officer on the Kerry Committee. In 2024, she was named Business Woman of the Year at branch level. Denise
won Employee Shining Star & she was Highly Commended at the National Network Ireland Awards in 2024. Denise has worked in various roles within the International Education Sector in Ireland, Europe &
the Middle-East. She now works for Cambridge Education Group which is a UK company that specialises in pathway programmes. Denise overseas the various services provided by Castel Education to Medical
Undergraduate & Postgraduate students who transition to Ireland for study/work. Denise holds a Masters in International Business which complements her work on both the academic & commercial side of Education.
