Roscommon BranchNetwork Roscommon is a branch of Network Ireland, a national organisation for Women in Business,Enterprise, the Professions and the Arts. We aim to support all women in business throughout County Roscommon and also offer a warm welcome to women in our neighbouring counties of Westmeath, Longford and Leitrim. This year’s theme, Mindset Driven Success, is one I deeply believe in. Success isn’t just about skills or luck, it starts in the mind. A strong mindset helps us push through challenges, embrace growth, and support one another as a network of ambitious women. I chose this theme because I’ve seen how the right mindset transforms careers, businesses, and lives. Together, let’s make 2025 a year of confidence, action, and limitless possibilities. Here’s to Mindset Driven Success! Each month, Network Roscommon hosts 2 events; we mix in-person and online events where a speaker provides expertise and we also include a Member Spotlight and a Speed Networking/ Coffee Morning event to foster closer relationships between members. In 2025 we are also hosting a number of larger events, including working in Partnership with AIB, LEO Roscommon and building on our hugely successful 2024 International Women's Day & our Wellness event. We maintain a vibrant and up-to-date social media presence on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, where you can find detailed information on our members and upcoming events. OwnerClare Frances Photography Hi, I am Clare Frances Faissal, owner of Clare Frances Photography. Portrait, Wedding & Personal Branding Photographer. I joined the network in 2018. I am an active member as the photographer in the group. I was appointed Membership Officer in January 2023 and Vice President in October 2024. It has been a pleasure to be a member all these years and to now leads our amazing group of ladies is an honour as President of 2025. Winning awards at regional level has also added to my amazing experience as a member. As well as capturing, the women’s personal branding photos for their businesses and in many cases their families. The best decision I ever made was becoming a member over 6 years ago now

OwnerFierce Fun Faces "For 25 years, I had a career in social economic research, evaluation and strategic planning, both in the UK and Ireland. I hold a BA in Geography with History and an MSC by Research in Applied Social Research methods. In 2001, I began a very successful consultancy business, Mackey Evaluation and Research which I operated until the birth of my third daughter. Following a career break to raise my family, I returned to my research roots, as an employee for a FMCG marketing and merchandising company, reaching the position of Regional Manager. However, I struggled to reconcile this role and with my family's needs and decided to return to self-employment. This time I started a-fresh, turning something I loved doing into a successful business. I trained as a high-end, professional face and body artist and in 2018 opened Fierce Fun Faces. Since then (and despite being closed for 18 months as a result of the Covid Pandemic) the business has expanded into a full children's entertainment service, employing myself full-time and 4 part-time staff. We now offer face painting, balloon modelling, glitter tattoos, games and a kid's disco. In addition to private family celebrations, we also undertake a lot of corporate celebrations and promotions as well as community-based shows and festivals. I make smiles for a living! I joined Network Ireland Roscommon Branch in 2022 and have held the roles of Social Media Officer and Vice President. In 2024, I was very proud to take on the position of President for Roscommon Branch and now in 2025 I hold the position of Ex Officio/Treasurer. I am available to branches nationally for speaking and training in the following skills: - How to Risk it all: Why I changed my career and how It has Benefited me - Undertaking research and needs analysis (and for as little money as possible) -Questionnaire Design - Strategic Planning - How to Set Realistic Goal and Achieve Them - Tells us How We did - How to really evaluate your progress. Finally, if you are looking for something fun or different for your next Branch event, my team and I can come and paint and glitter your guests in adult styles to compliment their outfit."

At the moment, I work for County Photos school photography which covers thousands of schools across Ireland. I am currently taking some time out from my wellness business to focus on other areas in my life. I joined Network Ireland Roscommon in 2022, in 2023 I held the post of Wellness Officer and in 2024, I took on the key role of Membership Officer and have continued this role in 2025

I live in Kilbeggan with my husband & 2 teenagers. I always wanted to be a teacher, what to teach took time to reveal itself to me. Thankfully life guided me away from the accounting world. Motherhood and personal challenges, including experiences with anxiety, sparked my journey of self-care leading me to mindfulness & reiki. Mindfulness brought me home to me, Reiki brought be peace. As part of my business, I’ve created a harmonious fusion of mindfulness & reiki to elevate self awareness & foster profound healing. My mission is to support ladies who are ready to break the cycle of existing allowing them to feel love, joy, fun & peace in their hearts & minds. A year ago, I joined Network Ireland. I am a mixed media Artist a little but like a jack of all trades. I have digital marketing background and currently studying a BA Honours Degree in Digital Marketing. I run a mixed media business where I manage the online presence for various companies and bring expertise from the mental health field. I design websites tailored to attract target audiences and provide consulting on effective strategies. Additionally, I teach clients basic computer skills and guide them on leveraging social media to achieve their goals. I am a relative new member to Network Roscommon, and I am already seeing the benefits, of been a member and also a committee member. It was a valuable decision joining this amazing group of women.

As a trained Family Celebrant and Solemniser with the Irish Institute of Celebrants and Entheos, I have the absolute privilege of helping couples celebrate their love in a way that feels true to them.Originally from Galway, I bring my bubbly personality, kindness, and a natural ability to put people at ease into everything I do whether it’s guiding a couple through their wedding vows or supporting people in my work as a Social Care Worker. I genuinely love connecting with people, making them feel comfortable, and bringing a little laughter along the way.Joining Network Ireland was a game-changer for me. At a time when I questioned whether to continue my celebrant business, this incredible group of inspiring women lifted me up, encouraged me to keep going, and gave me the support I needed to grow. Our panelists Miriam and Rachel Hastings spoke about their mission in education and life as farmers. Our judges Lucy Carty, Carmel Reilly and Jeremy Cullen thank you for the amazing work and support.
