John Haren is Cyber Awareness Lead at AIB. He has been working in cybersecurity across a range of industry sectors for 15 years and has developed cybersecurity awareness and training programs in large and small organisations. He is an associate lecturer in Information Security at the Open University and is a PhD candidate at Dublin City University where his research focuses on continuing professional development for cybersecurity professionals in Ireland. Audrey Doherty is a Cyber Awareness Lead at AIB. She has twenty-five years retail banking experience and prior to this role was the Branch Manager of the AIB Drogheda, Co. Louth. Audrey has extensive experience of managing fraud cases and supporting impacted customers. What You’ll Learn: - Best practices for staying safe online both personally and professionally.
