I'm Michelle Cirillo, the founder of Pear & Thyme Cat ering and a Ballymaloe trained chef. I recently moved home with my family from London where I ran a catering business.
Together with my partner we specialise in beautiful seasonal food for gatherings of all kinds, from private dinners to grazing tables and bespoke events. For us its about using local produce to create food that's fresh, flavourful and made with care.
