About the Speaker:

Gwen Bastian-Enright is a Nutritional Therapist, lecturer and public speaker based in West Cork, Ireland. In clinical practice since 2015, she works with individuals across all life stages including children, teenagers, adults and older adults. Gwen supports health through personalised, evidence-informed nutrition and lifestyle strategies.

Her approach is compassionate, practical and holistic, recognising the powerful connection between the body, mind and everyday environment. She supports a wide range of health goals including energy, digestion, hormonal balance, metabolic health, stress resilience and nervous system regulation.

Alongside her clinical work, Gwen has been lecturing in nutrition for over eight years and is a passionate communicator in the field of health education. She regularly delivers workshops, webinars and public talks designed to make health information accessible, engaging and genuinely life-changing.

Her mission is simple: to help people move from surviving to thriving, one step at a time.
