• Audrey Doherty: As a Cyber Awareness Lead at AIB, Audrey brings twenty-five years of retail banking experience, including extensive time as a Branch Manager. She has deep experience managing complex fraud cases and effectively supporting affected customers.
• John Haren: Also a Cyber Awareness Lead at AIB, John is an Associate Lecturer in Information Security at the Open University. He has spent 15 years working in cybersecurity across various sectors, developing crucial awareness and training programs for both large and small organizations.
