My debut book, ‘Eat With The Seasons’ and published peer-reviewed writing contributions, spanning sustainability, wellbeing, mental health, plastic pollution and workplace connectivity, alongside my published academic research and community driven marketing initiatives, are designed to educate and inspire others to enjoy food in practical, sustainable ways.
