In my current role as Director of Health Promotion, Information & Training, I’m privileged to lead three deeply committed teams, where we constantly strive to understand and meet the needs of the people we serve. I'm a national media spokesperson and have presented to several Oireachtas Committees. I enjoy working with different organisations and was recently appointed as a Board Member of The Wheel, the national organisation representing charities and social enterprises. I'm also an External Examiner at TU Dublin, a board member of the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland Faculty of Public Health Medicine and was appointed by the Minister for Health to the Food Safety Authority of Ireland’s Consultative Council. I am a past president of the Irish Nutrition and Dietetic Institute.
