With over 18 years of experience in fashion, styling, and image consultancy, I have trained with leading style academies in London, Milan, Ireland, France, and America. My expertise spans personal styling, corporate keynote talks, colour analysis, and personal shopping, with a strong focus on the psychology of colour and self-image to help clients build confidence through style. A qualified primary school teacher with a Bachelor of Education from Mary Immaculate College, Limerick, I also hold diplomas in business management, marketing, PR, sales, and personal styling. My journey in the fashion industry began with modelling and evolved into styling, organizing fashion events, and launching Glamour Agency, which I ran part-time for a decade. I have contributed to the industry through fashion show production, personal styling, and writing for national magazines and newspapers. Throughout my career, I have provided styling services for a diverse clientele, including celebrities, corporate leaders, and luxury event companies. I have advised businesses, hotel groups, and retail brands on personal presentation, uniform design, and branding. I have also worked at London Fashion Week and collaborated with shopping destinations, department stores, and clothing brands across Ireland. As President of Network Ireland Limerick in 2024, I led a dedicated committee, supporting and empowering women in business. I played a key role in securing sponsorships and maintaining the branch’s financial health and increasing memberships numbers. I also hosted a successful style event featuring well-known stylist Cathy O’Connor, showcasing Irish designers and sharing expert style insights. I have delivered keynote talks to corporate groups, charities, and organizations on topics such as personal branding, the power of colour, dressing with confidence, and shopping smarter. Passionate about mindful dressing and the psychology of colour, I educate clients on how to enhance their personal and professional style.
