With four years in business, I’m deeply passionate about food, fitness, and helping others embrace their best selves. I hold a degree in Nutritional Science and a diploma in Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching, and my mission is to empower people to understand food better and become more confident in the kitchen.
I offer a variety of food education workshops and wellness retreats, where I blend nutrition and yoga to create a holistic self-care experience. As the founder of Feel Good Health Fest, a unique holistic festival, I curate workshops that focus on morning movement and mindfulness, followed by an afternoon dedicated to education and inspiration.
I’m also the founder of Clonakilty Taste and Tipple Tours and a regular contributor to The Foodie Magazine. Above all, I believe in the power of good food to fuel good health and focus on a wellness approach that’s about how you feel, not how you look.
