Stretch Therapy Ireland aims to help people live a painfree life. Claire trained as a stretch therapist in Australia and England and is one of a handful of stretch teachers in Ireland. Claire is also a qualified Neuromuscular therapist/Sports massage and rehabilitation massage therapist. Currently renting a room in Clarinbridge and will run mobility and stretch sessions from September (courses tailored to specific needs)
