I am a Chartered Psychologist, with a passion for supporting people with practical psychology education and skills that empowers them to improve their well-being. I facilitate Wellness Psychology workshops and groups that promote self-care, mindfulness and psychological flexibility in a range of life domains such as work, health and parenting.
My qualifications include a Masters both in Counselling Psychology and in Work/Organisational Psychology. I have also undertaken extensive training in Cognitive Behavioural therapies and in the teaching of Stress Management and Mindfulness.
