I’m a consultant with C Zone Coaching and Training, where I design and deliver coaching and psychology-based workshops for organisations across Ireland. My work focuses on emotional intelligence, communication, and creative leadership.
Alongside my coaching practice, I remain active in the arts—songwriting, recording, producing, and performing—and I also serve as a director of a successful global media advertising company.
