I'm the manager of a service called EmployAbility Limerick, based in Mallow street and my role is to over see the operational and strategic running of the service including, PR, Marketing, finance, Hr etc :-) and everything in between !!!!! I also manage the team of 7 employees.
EmployAbility Limerick is a service that works with jobseekers with a health condition and / or a disability, and our role if to help them to find employment. We also work with companies / employers in the region , assisting with their hiring process, filling vacant roles, informing about grants and incentives and CSR strategies etc; developing more inclusive workplaces!
