I opened one of the first dedicated menopause clinics in the world in Dec 2018, born out of my own experience of going through menopause. I passionately advocate and campaign to smash the menopause taboo and make menopause mainstream. Through Menopause Hub Academy we offer menopause inclusive workplace training, accreditation and host the Menopause Workplace Excellence Awards in partnership with Great Place to Work. Prior to Menopause Hub, I worked in the corporate sector with major multinationals in C-Suite marketing roles. I have lectured in Smurfit Business School on MBA & MSc programmes. I have held board membership and chaired the Gender Equality Committee at the Abbey Theatre.
