I am a qualified payroll professional with a strong academic background including a Bachelor of Business Studies (Hons) degree and professional certifications from the Irish Payroll Association (IPASS)—including a Level 6 Certificate in Payroll Techniques and a Diploma in Payroll Management. Before founding SCN Payroll, I spent a decade at World Rugby, the global governing body for Rugby Union, where I served as a Human Resources Executive and Payroll Lead. There, I developed extensive expertise in managing complex, multi-jurisdictional payroll systems, overseeing both Irish and international payroll and HR operations.
