I work with individuals looking to improve health and wellbeing, managing the body and mind now, as well as into the later years. Working in the health sector since 1999, I have liased with a diverse range of professionals and individuals. I have experincence working in nursing homes, hospitals, physiotherapy clinics as well as amatuer and professional athletes. All have a simple common theme - to move forward, meet goals and feel better. I have an honours degree in Rehabilitation Therapy and trained as a Clincial Pilates Teacher in Ireland, the UK and Australia. An addition to my skillset I am a Personal, Leadership and Executive Coach focusing on building good health, and the habits to sustain it. I trained as a Yoga teacher to heighten my awareness in how we can heal and manage stress. I have an interest in understanding the philosphy around our interconnected body and mind systems to help manage the detrimental effects of everyday stress in our lives.
