I hold a profound belief in people and their capacity to do great things. I have a genuine interest and inspired passion in coaching for self-leadership as the basis for impactful leadership of (or working with) others. For over 30 years, I have assisted individuals, groups, communities and organisations to plan what they want to achieve and purposefully choose how they are going to get there.
My work has always been based on the principle of empowerment and on the belief that everyone has the capacity to grow and develop their own potential. These are not just words, but actively inform a clear and impactful coaching process that is applied through a co-active working relationship.
I help individuals or groups to learn more about themselves, discover their strengths and abilities and bring clarity around the challenges they may encounter in moving forward in life, in work or in business.
The skills I brings to the coaching space are a culmination of my life’s experience and education, my professional contribution to social and economic development, my role as a parent and a leader within the community, the workplace and on the mountains at home and across the world.
I hold credentials of Senior Practitioner with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), ACC with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and I am a member of the Association for Coaching (AC).
