WeGrow - All Island Programme

We are seeking ambitious women entrepreneurs and founders who want to take their business to the next level of growth. Ideal for anyone interested in expanding into an All Island market or seeking strategic review. 

What Is It?

WeGrow is a 6 month growth programme offering you business learning, connections and growth. Launching with our residential at Killeavy Castle (Newry) in January 2026, you will find a group of like minded founders and start to analyse your business. This will be followed by 3 Deep Dive in person events, each delivered over 2 days in either Dublin, Kildare or Athlone/Laois covering a range of business topics and integrating mastermind meetings, 121 connections and guest speakers. We will also offer online workshops, Connection mastermind meetings, Champion Entrepreneur Peer circles, 121 Strategic Consultancy and an online support forum.
