I manage (and optimise!): 👀 Planning - annual planning, quarterly planning, project planning, launch planning... 👥 People – team management, hiring, onboarding, coordinating, offboarding... 🎯 Projects & launches - strategic planning, gathering resources, ensuring things get done, reporting... 📝 Processes - documenting, optimising, automating... 📈 Progress – recording and analysing metrics for data driven decision making… 📅 Daily operations - ensuring stuff gets done by the right people at the right time...
If you've ever wished for someone to step up and say, "I've got this!" - that person will be an OBM.
==== STAGE 1 BUSINESSES ==== Stage 1 businesses aren’t quite ready for an OBM as a regular part of their team and so rather than working as an OBM on retainer, I support these wonderful businesses through my Business Boost Blueprint and/or tailored project management and implementation packages.
==== BUSINESS BOOST BLUEPRINT ==== Business owners at any stage love the Business Boost Blueprint. We take deep dive into the business’s back end operations and I present my recommendations for the best way forward, followed by a detailed 90-day action plan so they can make meaningful progress towards their goals.
